Profile

Patrick Murphy is a Shareholder/Director as well as one of the founders of the firm.  His practice is devoted to the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians, hospitals and nursing homes.  Mr. Murphy has been the lead trial attorney in excess of one hundred seventy-five jury trials.  His trial experience has covered almost all of the recognized medical specialties.

Having seen the value in mediation and/or arbitration of certain disputes, he has extended his practice to serving as both a mediator and arbitrator.

Mr. Murphy has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2008, 2009 and 2010; and named to “The Best Lawyers in America” for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  He further enjoys an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
