Profile

Kimrey Elzeer has focused her legal career in the area of family law for the past twelve years.  Ms. Elzeer provides skilled representation in all aspects of family law matters including divorce, dissolution of marriage, custody, visitation, child support, enforcement and modification of prior orders, domestic violence and drafting of premarital agreements.  Ms. Elzeer appears regularly in courts throughout northeast Ohio.

Since 2000, she has been an Advisory Board Committee member for the Cuyahoga County Guardian ad Litem Project.  Ms. Elzeer has represented over two hundred abused and neglected children in juvenile court proceedings.  She has sat as an administrative hearing officer and has issued child support orders across the state of Ohio.

While an experienced litigator, Ms. Elzeer is also trained as a collaborative attorney, and thus, qualified to represent spouses in the collaborative divorce process.
