Profile

Don Richardson is a Shareholder and an experienced trial attorney in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home liability, legal malpractice, general negligence and product liability.  He has experience handling lawsuits from inception to resolution including over a dozen jury trials. Mr. Richardson has tried cases in several jurisdictions throughout northern Ohio.

Mr. Richardson has authored articles on several litigation topics and has made multiple presentations to medical, nursing home and insurance clients.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar and the United States District Court of Ohio, Northern and Southern Districts.

Mr. Richardson is a 1997 Graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law and a Graduate of Fels Center of Government at The University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked in state and local government in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
