Beth Sebaugh,
Shareholder, has devoted nearly three decades to an active litigation
defense practice and has served as chief trial counsel in cases pending in
state court, federal courts and before various administrative agencies. She
has been chief counsel in approximately one hundred jury trials inclusive of
medical malpractice, professional negligence, employment law, catastrophic
personal injury, product liability and death cases. Ms. Sebaugh has
actively defended numerous contract related lawsuits and has garnered a
plethora of published opinions favorable to her clients involving contract
law, private school law and various charitable organizations.
She has served as a
lecturer in trial practice continuing education programs as well as for
hospitals and physician groups.
Ms. Sebaugh has served
her profession in a multitude of pro-bono roles and enjoys an AV rating with
Martindale-Hubbell. She has also been named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2007
and a Super Lawyer in the Corporate Counsel Edition for 2008.
Ms. Sebaugh and her
husband have two adult children.
